Jubilant Careers

For instructors

Teach on Jubilant Careers. Keep 80%.

Your course reaches job seekers actively upskilling — we handle hosting, quizzes, certificates, and payments.

80% revenue share

Instructors keep 80% of every sale; Jubilant keeps 20%. Plain and simple — that split never changes.

Built-in learners

Students come from the job marketplace — people actively upskilling, not cold traffic you have to chase.

We handle the platform

Lesson hosting, quizzes, certificates of completion, payments, and payouts — all built and maintained for you.

SEO'd catalog

Every course gets a fixed public URL that ranks — built to bring in search traffic on your behalf.

You own your content

You retain your IP. Jubilant gets a non-exclusive license to host and sell it — you can teach anywhere else too.

Monthly payouts

Earnings post to your instructor dashboard as sales come in, paid out monthly.

How it works

1

Create an instructor account

Sign up as an instructor, or add the instructor role to an existing candidate account.

2

Submit your course

Title, category, description, target audience, outline (modules → lessons), pricing (free / teaser with free lessons + paywall / paid), a sample lesson or video, and your bio/credentials.

3

We review it

A human reviews for quality, accuracy, and fit. Typical turnaround: 3–5 business days. You get an email with approval or specific notes on what to fix.

4

You're live

Approved courses appear in the catalog with a public URL, quizzes, and certificates enabled. You get an instructor dashboard for enrollments and earnings.

  • Clearly structured into modules and lessons
  • At least one quiz per module
  • No accredited-CE claims — catalog courses are non-accredited professional development. Accredited CE lives in our Continuing Education directory.

Frequently asked questions

What's the revenue share?

You keep 80% of every sale. Jubilant keeps 20% to cover hosting, payments, and distribution through the job marketplace.

How and when do I get paid?

Payouts run monthly through your instructor dashboard, based on the sales your course generated that period.

Can I make my course free?

Yes. Pick "free" when you submit, or offer a teaser with a few free lessons before a paywall.

Can I update a course after it's approved?

Yes — edit it any time from your instructor dashboard. Substantial changes may go through a quick re-review.

Who owns the content?

You do. You keep full ownership of your IP; Jubilant gets a non-exclusive license to host and sell it.

What happens if my course is rejected?

You'll get specific notes on what to fix by email. Update your submission and resubmit — most rejections are about clarity or structure, not the topic itself.

Can I teach on other platforms too?

Yes — the license is non-exclusive. Teach anywhere else you like.

Is this accredited continuing education?

No. Catalog courses are non-accredited professional development. If you're looking for accredited CE, that's a separate directory on Jubilant.
